Adult MinistriesAdult Class – We offer an adult class every Sunday, September through May at 9:15 – 10:15. These can include studies of different books of the Bible, topical studies, and book studies.
Encouragers – This twice-a-month group meets the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 6:00 p.m. in our Ministry Center. They enjoy a meal, time of fellowship, prayer, singing and study.
Ladies’ Bible Study – This group meets every Wednesday night from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. from September through May to do a deep dive into a relevant biblical topic.
We also have a Fall Ladies’ Retreat at Cove Valley Christian Campground, that is usually held the first weekend in October.
Men’s Bible Study – This group meets the first three Wednesdays of the month from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. from September through May for fellowship and study on topics that will strengthen men’s walk with the Lord.
We also have a Fall Men’s Retreat at Cove Valley Christian Campground, that is usually held in November.
Men’s Breakfast – The men of Good News Church meet every Wednesday morning at 6:30 a.m. at Sunlight Diner, 4729 Gettysburg Rd, Mechanicsburg, for fellowship and a brief devotional.
Prayer – Every Thursday evening, we have a time of prayer where we pray for the Kingdom of God to come and the will of God to be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Monday through Friday, we offer a Zoom prayer meeting from 6:30 a.m., and on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
